Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

GTCCO does not sell any products.  We do Training and Development.

Our refund and returns policy for trainings and Resources are  10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a  refund.

Refunds

If you have joined in a training, you have to apply for refund before starting of the session.  

As for as resources are concerned, Please go through the model and samples before purchase. Make the purchase only when you are satisfied. If you have paid for resources and wants refund before receiving the resource, your amount will be returned.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

We sell only PPT or PDF ie. training resources. Once you purchase, there will be no refund.

Exchanges

Since it is purely service, Exchange not applicable.
