- Self-Management: It involves effectively managing your emotions, impulses, and reactions. This includes being able to adapt to changing circumstances and control negative emotions.
- Social Awareness: This aspect involves being empathetic towards others, understanding their emotions, and being able to navigate social situations effectively.
- Relationship Management: This is the ability to build and maintain healthy relationships, communicate clearly, inspire and influence others, and work well in a team.
